After a remarkable 25-year career at Sears, where he honed his skills and built a reputation for excellence, Reza retired in 2020 to chase his dream of starting his own company. Inspired by a passion for precision and a commitment to quality, he founded Boiling Point Heating and Cooling to bring his wealth of knowledge directly to the community he loves.
Today, the company thrives under Reza's leadership as owner and operator, alongside his son, Houman Nayeb, our senior technician.
